In the Users section, you can select which users should be part of this delivery group and specify how they should be notified. Notification methods include email, SMS, voice calls, and WhatsApp.
It is important to be aware that certain alerts like SMS and voice calls may consume alerting credits, which are separate from your account credits and allocated on a monthly basis.
If any notification methods are marked in red, then you need to add contact details (e.g. a phone number) for the user.
