A Managed User Journey is a User Journey which is maintained by RapidSpike. This can enable you to save time on managing scripts yourself.

What is included?

The Managed Service can include:

  1. Creating your User Journey script for you
  2. Ongoing support and maintenance. This includes ensuring the script is up to date after changes to your website
  3. Support and information for any issues on your site which are discovered by the User Journey.
